Our Commitment to Quality

At Harvest Gourmet Foods, we want you to love every bottle of our handcrafted sauces.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Damaged or defective items (e.g., broken jars, leaking bottles).
    • Incorrect items (e.g., you ordered Apple Chipotle Mustard but received Bourbon Molasses Mustard).
  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at sales@harvestgourmetfoods.com within 30 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number (found in your Shopify order confirmation email).
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
    • A brief description of the issue.
  • We'll respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Shopify Payments).
  • If the item was damaged or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping costs by providing a prepaid label. Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used sauces (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme heat).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
