We're excited to ship our handcrafted sauces straight to your door! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
• We do not ship internationally at this time but hope to in the future!

2. Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: $5 per order for standard shipping (up to 5 lbs).
• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $60.
• Rates for heavier orders (over 5 lbs) will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Carriers

• We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size.
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take 5-7 business days.
• Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors.

5. Order Confirmation

• You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery date once your order is placed.
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to PO boxes due to the nature of our products (glass jars require signature confirmation for safety).
• We recommend storing sauces at room temperature and avoiding extreme heat during transit (e.g., leaving packages in direct sunlight).
